The Strapack iQ-4000 is an automatic strapping machine designed for reliable, straightforward packaging applications where consistent automatic strapping is needed without the higher speeds of larger production machines.

The iQ-4000 operates at approximately 31 straps per minute and includes automatic strap re-feed to recover from misfeeds. Its jam-resistant design also prevents the strap from jamming if the machine is cycled without a package positioned under the arch.

The machine can be adjusted for common polypropylene strap widths including 3/8" and 1/2", making it a practical choice for cartons, bundles and general industrial packaging.
