It is especially well suited for small bundles of plastic pipe, steel rod, aluminum extrusions, sash, and other rigid products. Depending on package shape and condition, the SQ-800S can strap packages as small as approximately 40 mm W × 30 mm H (1-1/2" × 1-1/8").

The SQ-800S uses a brushless DC motor and self-lubricating design to reduce moving parts, maintenance requirements and strap dust. Automatic re-feed, anti-jam operation and easy strap loading help keep production moving with minimal operator intervention.
