The Strapack SQ-800Y is a high-speed automatic side-seal strapping machine designed for large, heavy and conveyorized packages. It incorporates the advanced features of the SQ-800 platform, including self-loading, automatic refeed and loop ejection, while positioning the sealing head on the side of the package for demanding industrial applications.
The SQ-800Y operates at up to 50 straps per minute and can be integrated into existing or new conveyor systems. Multiple arch sizes and conveyor options are available to accommodate a wide range of package sizes and production requirements.

Freight: Shipping for a standard SQ-800Y averages approximately $400 to a commercial address. Larger arch sizes, rural or remote destinations, residential delivery, liftgate service, and other special requirements may result in additional freight charges. The SQ-800Y is the current-generation replacement for the Strapack RQ-8Y. Its side-mounted sealing head is designed for conveyorized and demanding industrial applications, while automatic refeed, loop ejection and lubrication-free operation help reduce downtime and maintenance.
