The Strapack SQ-800 is a high-speed automatic strapping machine designed for dependable, general-purpose industrial packaging. Its brushless DC motor delivers improved efficiency while retaining the proven reliability of the RQ-8X platform. Automatic refeed, loop ejection, easy strap loading and lubrication-free operation help reduce downtime and maintenance.
The SQ-800 operates at up to 55 straps per minute, even when tension is applied, and is ready to operate in less than 25 seconds. The digitally controlled tension system provides a wide range of tension up to 176 lbf without reducing cycle speed.
The SQ-800 is the current-generation replacement for the popular Strapack RQ-8X. It comes standard with roller tables for easy package loading and unloading and is designed for low maintenance, long-term reliability and low repair costs.
